An attack of anxiety, sometimes mentioned as a panic attack, can be a very terrifying. The symptoms of anxiety attacks can be very confusing as usual the person has no idea as to why their body is reacting as it is. If you experienced some of these unusual symptoms (below) and feel the anxiety left him to help him understand it better and try and put your mind at ease. First, the attacks of anxiety are very treatable. It is very important that you speak with your doctor if you are experiencing these symptoms of anxiety attack in order to receive proper diagnosis. Getting your symptoms of anxiety examiners after you first experience that they will reinsure that nothing more serious could be wrong. So what are the typical symptoms of anxiety attack? The most common symptoms of anxiety attacks are: palpitations, heart hammering, or accelerated heart rate, sweating, trembling or shaking, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include a sensation of suffocation, pain or discomfort cash, stomach cramps or nausea, a feeling of being dizzy, unsteadiness and consider sventatezza or weak. Victims may also feel a sense of unreality, depersonalization (a feeling of being detached from oneself), fear of losing control or going crazy, fear of death, the numbness or tingling sensation, the cold or hot flash. These are some of the possible symptoms of an anxiety attack but what does it really to believe such an experiment? An anxiety attack usually begins with an unusual bodily sensation from the list above. The person then reacts with fear that the symptoms are indicators of a much more serious threat and in turn reacts with more fear which intensified into a state of anxiety intensified. A vicious cycle of anxiety and fear can begin. The ratio of people to situations that have an anxiety attack are: while driving, in airplanes, in the batch and at night while sleeping. Anxiety attacks are often in a situation where the person feels that they can not escape easily from a meeting or a social outing with others. Many may also feel an attack of anxiety for no apparent reason while at home or in the middle of sleep. People who first warned frequently of these symptoms feel a sense of foreboding. May think that there was something terrible wrong with their health. This is understandable as anyone who has experienced an anxiety attack can tell you how unusual the bodily sensations are. What initially may be a time out blue from the attack of anxiety can develop into a perpetual cycle of fear and anxiety if not treated. This cycle can last from weeks to years as the person receiving help. I want to clarify that the attacks of anxiety are not a mental illness. The big news is that this disorder is very treatable. You do not have to fear spend your life with this circumstance. Often, the symptoms of anxiety attacks cause people to worry that there is a bigger problem that is placed behind the unusual sensations. Warn if the symptoms of anxiety attack, is not convinced that you have a clinical disease. Most probably do not. Given to the attacks of anxiety and their related symptoms does not mean that you have a physical or mental illness. Your brain is fine, your body is fine. You can refer to a more relaxed level of living if you follow the points and the psychological techniques that I am going to describe this place. Learn to trust is your body. Yes, you can experience a wide range of symptoms of unknown anxiety attack but can be treated this well. During the attack of anxiety many of the symptoms are similar to those really good workout, the increased rate of heart beat, sudante, increased bodily sensations and breathing fast. Do not become frightening of these symptoms while exercising and therefore you should not fear if they are present and feel the anxiety. The fuel that really determines the symptoms of anxiety is anxious thoughts. The "that if" thoughts that appear during the attack of the anxiety generated powerful drive which supplies much longer fuel the anxiety normally would last. What if I have a heart attack? What if my mind loses control? What if I do something crazy or faint? What if I can not get out of here? To extinguish the fuel that determines the attack of anxiety, we must eliminate these anxious thoughts. Tackling anxious thinking effectively requires a two-pin plugs. To eliminate negative patterns of thought there must be a change in attitude with specific visualization tools.
